Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Environmental Textile Products website or placing an order. By accessing etpinfo.com or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Environmental Textile Products (ETP) is a textile fabricator headquartered in Mobile, Alabama, with divisions serving environmental and containment, industrial, architectural, and sports markets. ETP operates environmentaltextileproducts.com, etpinfo.com, and associated Shopify e-commerce pages.

2. Products and Ordering

ETP offers both standard, in-stock products and custom-fabricated items. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are not accepted until confirmed by ETP via order confirmation email. ETP reserves the right to cancel or modify orders due to pricing errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances; you will be notified promptly and any charges refunded.

3. Quote Requests

Certain products — including large industrial items, custom fabrications, and specialty orders — are not available for direct purchase and require submission of a quote request. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding purchase order or guarantee of product availability or pricing. Final pricing and terms are confirmed in a written quote issued by ETP.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. ETP accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards. Sales tax will be collected where required by applicable law.

7. Product Suitability

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the suitability of any ETP product for a particular application. ETP makes no warranty, express or implied, that its products are fit for uses beyond those described in our published product documentation. Buyers with specific regulatory, load-bearing, or safety requirements should consult with an ETP representative before placing an order.

Suitability of a material for a specific application is best determined by specific testing for the application. Product selection is the responsibility of the customer, and ETP disclaims the responsibility for the selection of a particular product. ETP has not performed any tests, however; the test data presented herein was performed by independent laboratories or by the basic material manufacturers. MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets), manufacturers data sheets and quality control trail records are available from primary manufacturers upon request.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and downloadable materials — is the property of Environmental Textile Products or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from ETP.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. ETP does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Environmental Textile Products, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or any ETP product. ETP's total liability for any claim arising out of a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama.

ETP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
