At Environmental Textile Products (ETP), we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return and refund policy before making a purchase.

Standard Products — ETP Sports & Racemarks

We accept returns on standard, non-customized products within [30] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

● The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

● Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

● Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@etpinfo.com or call (251) 476-8001. We will provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled by ETP.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order products — including custom awnings, specialty fabrications, industrial containment products, and any product manufactured to customer-provided specifications — are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are produced uniquely for each order and cannot be restocked.

If you have questions about whether a product is custom or standard prior to purchase, please contact us before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within [5] business days of delivery at orders@etpinfo.com or (251) 476-8001. Please retain all original packaging and include photos of the damage when reaching out. ETP will work with you to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Standard, in-stock orders may be canceled within [24] hours of placement. Custom and made-to-order orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Contact us immediately at (251) 476-8001 if you need to cancel a custom order — we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before fabrication starts.
