Order Processing Time

Standard in-stock orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days of order receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time. Estimated lead times vary by product and will be communicated by an ETP representative at the time of order or quote.

ETP Sports & Racemarks Products

Standard ETP Sports and Racemarks products — including sailing gear, racing flags, patch kits, and accessories — ship via UPS or USPS based on size and weight. Flat-rate shipping is calculated by order total in $100 increments, beginning at $9.99 and increasing by $10.00 for each additional $100:

Industrial Products — Local Pickup Only

Industrial tarps and large containment products are not available for standard parcel shipping due to their size and weight. These items are available for local pickup at our Mobile, Alabama facility. Contact us at (251) 476-8001 to arrange a pickup appointment and confirm product availability.

Custom and Large-Format Products

Custom-fabricated products, large awnings, specialty containment liners, and other large-format items require a freight shipping quote. After submitting a quote request, an ETP representative will contact you to discuss shipping options, freight carriers, and estimated costs. These items are not available for standard checkout shipping.

Preferred Carriers

ETP ships primarily via UPS. USPS may be used for lightweight and small-parcel shipments. ETP does not guarantee carrier selection; the carrier is determined based on product size, weight, and destination.

Please contact us to schedule a pickup time before arriving. Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CT or by arrangement.

Shipment Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your expected ship date, contact us at orders@etpinfo.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at orders@etpinfo.com or (251) 476-8001. Please retain all original packaging and take photos of any damage — this information is required to file a carrier claim on your behalf.

For lost shipments, contact us after your carrier's estimated delivery date has passed. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
